Be Like the Stars | Rabbi Israel Yakobov
What can we learn from the stars? This teaching explains that the stars were created to bring happiness to the moon, and Rashi’s teaching is connected to the idea that Hashem wants us to be like the stars. A true tzadik is not only someone who observes mitzvot, but someone who brings happiness to others. When we make the people around us happier, we become a source of light in the world.
